  • Our space is located in the beautiful Brownstone building at 221 10th Avenue S.E, unit #120. We have signage located on the doors where we cannot wait to welcome you!

  • Send us a note using our ‘Contact Us’ form and we can start a conversation about what you are looking for OR head to our ‘Book a Tour’ page to reserve a time to come in and tour the space and discuss your vision.

  • We can hold up to 250 guests in a standing cocktail style event OR 200 seated (dependant on set-up). We can also do any number of set-up combinations between both of these capacities!

  • We have ample four hour street parking right out front of the building on 10th Avenue S.E. before 6pm and free after 6pm. Free on Weekends; Yahoo!! There is an Impark lot directly across the street which is pay by the hour.

  • We like to say that the venue speaks for itself and once you see the light, the concrete floor, and the pops of character we think you will agree! We do, however, have beautiful decor you can rent and are welcome to bring in your own. Let us know if you would like to see our secret stash.

    Our round tables, rectangle tables and chairs are included in the cost to book the space as well as the set-up for all furniture provided by us. If you would like to bring in your own decor we can discuss the best way to get it set-up for you event.

  • Of course! We love meeting new vendors and wedding savants. If you are looking for a caterer, we have a list of preferred companies that we have a great relationship with whom we can put you in touch with upon booking with us!

    We also offer a day-of coordinator service and have a list of professionals that could be a perfect fit for your event on all requirements.
